Background
Kookxtra’s grocery app enables seamless doorstep ordering with a mobile-first shopping experience. The flow was designed from scratch using design thinking: Define, Understand, Ideate, Solution, Test.
Challenge
Kookxtra expanded into groceries and needed a seamless doorstep ordering experience with mobile-first UX integration. The new category required a clear, fast shopping flow that works reliably on phones.
