Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before deployment.

• Project pricing, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual agreements or invoices
• Delayed payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery
• Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges

Projects may integrate third-party tools, APIs, hosting platforms, or software services.

Pixelotech is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• Pricing changes
• Service discontinuation
• Data loss caused by external providers

Clients are responsible for maintaining licenses or subscriptions where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelotech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Revenue loss
• Security breaches caused by third-party services
• Delays outside reasonable control

All services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Any confidential information shared during projects will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments remain overdue
• Abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is detected

Either party may terminate ongoing engagements according to the terms defined in project agreements.
