SACCO is a logistics-focused ERP built to track industrial cylinders across plants, vehicles, and parties, end to end. It replaces manual logs with structured workflows and live dashboards.
Challenge
Scattered tracking processes caused costly delays, frequent errors, and near-zero visibility into inventory returns. Teams manually logged cylinder movements, leading to excess costs per cycle and missed shipments as operations scaled.
Objectives
- Mapped the full cylinder lifecycle and converted it into structured product flows.
- Built modules for delivery, vehicles, tagging, returns, and party management.
- Implemented QR scanning to speed up identification and reduce manual entry.
- Shipped dashboards and analytics to surface status, bottlenecks, and throughput.
